Enjoy a free community festival, sponsored by Four Rivers Audubon, celebrating nature! The festival will be April 8th, 10am-3pm at Alligator Lake Park. Walking workshops will highlight butterflies, native plants and flowers. Vendors and exhibitors will offer nature- and garden-related items and native plants. There will be music, food, and many free children’s activities, so bring the entire family for a fun, educational day outdoors! Also, meet and have your photo taken with Trouble, a bald eagle, at noon!
Expert-led bird walks will begin at 8am on the Florida Birding Trail. Make your reservation for the bird walk at 8am by calling 386-466-2193. Visit fourriversaudubon.org for more information.
