One of the hardest things to visualize when looking for a home is the actual layout of the place. A simple floor plan can clear up a lot of confusion, but it does even more. When you look at a floor plan, you can't help but imagine walking through the rooms, where to put your furniture, and judge how far the towel closet is from the shower. But a floor plan achieves one of the most important goals of sales — get the buyer to imagine themselves using the product (in this case a house).
