Sometimes we spend all our time on bad customers. The squeaky wheels. They are never happy, never satisfied and you can never get it quite right.
Best practices say to let them go. Pull the weed. Don’t let them rent space in your head. It’s hard to do, especially in an era where every dollar matters.
Peace of mind matters too. What if you were thinking of how to grow your business, or sending a note or gift to one of you wonderful customers encouraging that word of mouth and/or referral…isn’t that a better use of time than fretting over someone who is difficult to please?
Raise the Rent! Hold on to your good, easy to please customers and spend your time nurturing them!
