Do you know who your customers are? I recently read a great little article that challenged my thinking on exactly who they are.
Generally, we know our target audience–the folks best suited for the product we sell. Male or Female, general income range, credit range, ect. Some might say their customer is “anyone who pays them money!” That’s a cop out.
Who are your customers really? What do they believe? Who do they trust? What are they afraid of and who do they love? What are they seeking? Who are their friends? What do they talk about?
Hopefully, if you really know them, you know some of these answers!
