Denim & Diamonds will be held November 19, 6 pm, at Christ Central Grand Foyer. The event will include dinner, live music, entertainment, and a silent auction of a paid vacation to St Augustine, a Tiffany & Co. necklace, and more!
This benefit dinner is to help raise funds for Megan Zipperer, husband River, and three children. Megan, 25, was diagnosed last year with stage three cervical cancer, for which she underwent treatment and had positive outcome. However upon her six-month checkup last month, it was discovered that the cancer returned and metastasized to other regions of her body. Megan was told her cancer is terminal and her life expectancy would be six to twelve months. All of the proceeds will go to Megan and her family so that River may be home to have as much time as possible with his family, as well as to pay medical bills and unexpected expenses during this time.

100 Strong is a campaign put on by Kimberly’s Center for Child Protection whose focus is to raise awareness of abuse and negligence of children in our community.
