I love sharing good articles with our customers and this is one that I thought needed to be shared. In sales, there is pressure always to reduce our price, sell lower than the competitor down the street. I read a terrific book years and years ago that talked about price reductions. In it he said something to the effect of…1 out of 10 businesses fail every year. Let’s apply that to pricing. Your competitor lowers his prices, so you lower yours.
